Vacancy: Senior Secretary

A large national company is looking for a senior secretary to support the effective functioning of the executive office by providing high level administrative support and professional assistance.
Qualifications
- 1-2 Year National Certificate
Experience/Criteria
- 3-5 Years Applicable experience. The years’ experience is needed to provide a proper career part (Secretary)
- 1-2 months and longer on-the-job familiarisation (knowledge of all Business Units, relevant committees, etc.)
Knowledge
- Knowledge of policies, procedures, principals, standards and processed (Governance, Delegation of Authority, Procurement, Compliance, etc.)
- Knowledge in MS Office and Windows in particular
- SAP R3 knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work with tack and discretion
- Archiving and filing systems
- Attention to detail
- Excellent planning and organising skills
- Good communication skills ( written and oral)
- Excellent time management
Skills
- Exceptional communication skills (written and oral)
- Specific knowledge regarding the Discipline (e.g. Human Resource, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.)
- Conflict management skills
- Report wiring skills
- Interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at different levels
- Analytical thinking
- Conceptual thinking
- Strong ethics.
