Lasizwe Celebrates Being On the Front Page of A Major Newspaper. It’s always heartwarming to see well established personalities celebrate even the slightest moves in their careers. It shows humility and that they don’t take anything lightly.
One person who definitely appreciates everything happening for him career-wise is Lasizwe Dambuza. The award winning content creator, media personality and reality show star recently got nominated for a South African Film and Television award. This is fof his online dating show, Awkward Dates. The show is battling it out with Giving it Gears with Jason Goliath and The Adventures of Noko Mashaba – Struggles of SA Youth.
Reacting to the nomination, he said, “Anddd….? WE ARE NOMINATED FOR THE SAFTAs!!!🥹🙏AWKWARD DATES is now a SAFTA nominee! Likes it sooo possible 😭🥹! I’m so grateful and happy haibo.”
Now, because of the nomination, Lasizwe has been featured in the latest issue of Sowetan Newspaper. He made it on the front page, and it’s all exciting. Lasizwe went to a retail store to purchase the newspaper, and wanted to buy as many copies as he could. He also had a fun chat with the tellers, celebrating the moment with them. Well, there can only be one Lasizwe!
