Asavela Mqokiyana’s Instagram Posts Intensify Divorce Speculations. Sometimes you just have to own your story, thus taking your power back. It seems like Asavela Mqokiyana is doing just that after rumors of her divorce.
In the past two years Asvela has been every woman’s dream, living the life. Together with her businessman husband Vusiya Mqokiyana, they built a spacious mansion with a lift inside. Their yard is filled with all sorts of livestock and pets, one can think of. Sadly fairy tales can also have a sad ending.
The past months have not been easy for Asavela, as she has been trending for all the wrong reasons. According to a number of reports, her marriage which she announced in April 2022, has come to an end. Rumors doing the rounds are that, another talented actress and model Buhle Samuels is her ex’s new woman. None of the three people concerned have commented on the trending rumors.
It was revealed last month that Vuyisa was the one who filed for divorce based on documents obtained from the high court. Asavela, on the other hand, remained quiet about the issue until recently, when she disclosed that her marriage had ended.
Now she is breaking her silence, and doing it with unmatched humor. A day ago, Asavela shared beautiful pictures of herself all dolled up. Posing in front of the KwaZulu-Natal High Court, she rocked a cute black dress, a weave and some cool shades. Her caption though left many in stitches.
“Woof woof. It has been lovely, enkosi,” she wrote.
