“We Won,” Gabisile Tshabalala Celebrates Her Partner Motlatsi Mafatshe Winning An Award. Since announcing that they are together, Motlatsi Mafatshe and Gabisile Tshabalala have been serving nothing but heartwarming couple goals.
This past weekend they were all sorts of glamorous attending the 7th edition of the Royalty Saopie Awards. What was even more special, Motlatsi walked away with Outstanding Lead Actor Award. This is for his role as Molefe on House of Zwide.
Receiving the award Motlatsi said, “What an honour to get the best male lead in a soapie/telenovela at @royaltysoapieawards.
What a great privilege to be nominated amongst incredible actors and legends in the game.
I was so nervous and anxious thanks to @gabisilet for keeping me calm and supporting me.”
Gabisile also took to her social media to gush over her man’s win. The talented actress and TV personality regards the win as theirs. She also added that she is a big fan of Motlatsi’s work and looks up to him. Gabisile further congratulated him on the win, and wished him nothing but the best.

Before finding each other, Motlatsi and Gabisile were married to other people. Their marriages ended, and the two have since pursued a relationship together. Motlatsi was married to Millicent Nkangane, a fashion designer since November 2014. They have two adorable sons together. Gabisile, was together with Sacha Maswa Kongolo, from 2014. The two have two kids of their own, and three from Sacha’s previous relationship.
