Nomzamo Mbathas Lighthouse Foundation Comes Through With An Empowering Summit. Since its inception a couple of years back, the Nomzamo Mbatha Lighthouse Foundation has done amazing things. The foundation is the brainchild of celebrated media personality and American based actress Nomzamo Mbatha.

So far the organization has assisted students who have not been able to further their studies with over a million rands worth of funding. Partnering with organizations such as, Cotton On and Unilever, the foundation has come through for underprivileged students who were badly affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. Nomzamo Mbatha Lighthouse Foundation has gifted learners with school jerseys, school shoes as well as some other cool goodies.

Two years back, Nomzamo Mbatha Lighthouse Foundation and Hollywood Bets collaborated once again and this time around the focus being on women. The aim was to empower and seed into women owned businesses that show economic and community driven impact through the Empowering Her initiative. To achieve this, she launched the Nomzamo Mbatha Lighthouse Foundation Empowering Her Women in Business Awards. These awards were set to assist women in amplifying their business’s as well as growing within their economic metrics.

Now that it is Women’s Month, Nomzamo is back on her element, with the EmpoweringHer Summit 2024. The event aims at celebrating, educating and empowering women. The summit will feature an inspiring seminar and a business awards ceremony.
