TT Mbha and His Father’s Show About Sons and Fathers Coming to TV. Being a father, husband, son and brother, TT Mbha is well aware of the challenges and rewards that come with these roles. Through his Amatyma Wellness Network, he has been working on many issues relating to men.
TT is running currently running Amatyma Suit Drive, where individuals donate their suits to underprivileged boys. The TV personality and entrepreneur wants boys’ dignity to be restored. This is for occasions like the Matric Dance and other events that need formal wear. Celebrities like Osca Mbo, Theo Kgosinkwe, Murdah Bongz have donated designer suits. It so heartwarming when they share beautiful memory lane of what each suit mean to them.
In December 2023, TT announced that Amatyma Wellness Network will launching 4 shows this year. The 1st is Amatyma Series, which focuses on conversations with single, married, divorced and widowed men. The conversations will centre around various fatherhood and manhood related topics. Already, he interviews men on his YouTube channel, and the conversations are inspirational.
Another one of his shows to look forward to is Amatyma Behind Bars. This one is focusing on a father’s relationship with his kids whilst in prison. Many fathers who are behind bars, do not have that relationship with their kids, which is sad.
One of the shows that TT has been working on is Like Tyma Like Ntwana. This one focuses on various topics around the relationship between fathers/ sons, uncles/nephews as well as grandfathers/grandsons. Together with his father, TT, has been interviewing celebrities, and their fathers, having meaningful conversations. The good thing is that the show is coming to SABC2 in just a few months.
