Minnie Dlamini Sends Her Late Brother A Heavenly Birthday Shout Out. She has always been open about how the death of her younger brother affected her. Although years have passed, Minnie Dlamini still feels the pain like it was just yesterday.
Khosini Dlamini passed away in September 2019, after battling a brain aneurysm. He was in ICU for several weeks, but sadly his body gave in surrounded by friends and family. Khosini left behind his parents Queen and Jabulani Dlamini, and his siblings Maphe and Minenhle. Minnie described the period as the darkest ever in her life. Her coping mechanism was going to work and just keeping busy.
On the 3rd anniversary of Khosini’s passing, the celebrated media personality, actress and entrepreneur expressed just how much his death has affected her over the years. According to Minnie, the day Khosini took his last breath, is the day she also died. This could literally mean, she lost a big part of herself after her brother’s passing.
Today it’s the day Khosini was born, and his big sister Minnie, penned a heartfelt tribute. She shared a picture of her and Khosini back when they were still kids, and gave it a beautiful caption. Although the loss still feels fresh, she reminisced about taking care of her brother back in the day. Minnie is content that Khosini is now the one looking out for her.
“Happy heavenly Birthday my boy ❤️ I miss being your big sister and I miss my best friend even more!!! It’s been 5years since we celebrated you in person and it still feels raw. I spent your whole life looking out for you, I guess now it’s your turn and you’re killing it Sibalukhulu Ngiyabonga 🙏🏾,” Minnie said.
