Itumeleng Bokaba Announces New Acting Gig. Congratulation are in order for Itumeleng Bokaba, who has just bagged herself another acting gig. The talented actress has shared that she is part of the upcoming Spy Makhelwane cast.
She has not revealed much about the drama, but one can tell that she plays Relebohile, who is married to Sihle. As a young couple, they constantly show each other love and affection publicly. Her neighbor Gogo Sophie, is too nosy, and always budges in uninvited to spy on the couple. Baba Mthembu, who is Gogo Sohie’s husband, is not impressed by his wife always bothering the young couple.
Spy Makhelwane will drop this Saturday, 11 May 2024 on Mzansi Magic.
Itumeleng is one of the most consistent entertainers we know. She started working in television in 1996 when she was four years old. When she was six Itu entered a Miss Tinkerbelle Pageant sponsored by Edgars.
Itu started working as a presenter on Yo.tv when she was eight years old, in 2000. The first show she presented was Yo.tv Land with co-presenter Musa Mthombeni and she later worked on Blue Couch, The Chilling Show, How To, Blast, Yo trip, Off Camera, WildSpace and Gimme the Mic. She is however, best known for her role as 16-year-old schoolgirl Mampho, who has to deal with being a relationship with a sugar daddy, in the e.tv soap opera Rhythm City, making her first appearance in 2012.
She has also been on major shows like The Wife and uBettina Wethu. The sky can only be the limit for the talented Itu.
