Former President Jacob Zuma In Mourning. The general elections just came to an end, and party leaders are on the edges of their seats. For UMkhonto Wesizwe Party leader Jacob Zuma, it’s a totally different story. He has sadly just lost one of his brothers.
In a statement shared by the MK Party, Joseph Ngekengithule Zuma is no more. They sent condolence message to their president and family as they face the difficult time. At this point, the cause of death is yet to be disclosed. We send out sincere condolences to Joseph Zuma’s family as well as loved ones.

In July 2021, Zuma lost his younger brother, Michael Zuma. He died aged 77 after a long illness, according to local media. At the time Zuma was still in prison serving his sentence, but was granted compassionate leave to attend the funeral.
