Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities
Under guidance of senior consultants, participates in every aspect of the solution implementation from analysing the customer’s business requirements to configuring the Microsoft Dynamics application to meet the customer’s needs.
Under guidance of senior consultants, collaborates with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements, aligned to business objectives, gaining full understanding of current business processes.
Provides in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics application and evaluates the customer’s business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality.
Demonstrates understanding of the prescribed Exordia and Microsoft Dynamics implementation methodologies, Sure Step and Transform; understands the key activities and deliverables for the client engagement and internal projects.
Responsible for documenting the business requirements which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected.
Responsible for preparing Technical Design Documents (TDDs) to explain to developers the requirements for customisations, related to the gap fit analysis.
Responsible for configuring the Microsoft Dynamics application to achieve the customer’s business requirements.
Responsible for conducting unit and systems testing and training customer resources to successfully use and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics application.
Dynamics AX consulting with a focus on an area of specialisation within the following stack.
Financials;Trade & Logistics
Technical: After the program the candidate will have the ability to:
Analyse and understand business problems
Model data and processes
Conduct workshops and training sessions
Plan and carry out system and user testing
Configuring MS Dynamics solutions to customer requirements
Familiar and experienced in:
Core application functionality
Application technology stack
Implementation methodology
Related Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft .NET, Microsoft Office SharePoint Portal Server, Microsoft BizTalk Server.
Industry knowledge
Soft: After the program candidates will have:

Requirements
B. SC / B.COM / B.ENG or equivalent degree (National Diploma in IT will be considered.
No prior working experience required.
Must be unemployed and under the age of 35.
Own transport
Ability to travel and work overtime
