Hlubi Mboya-Arnold Steps Down From Her Ambassadorship Work At World Food Programme

Hlubi Mboya-Arnold Steps Down From Her Ambassadorship Work At World Food Programme. For almost 20 years, she has been doing an amazing job as national ambassador against hunger. Sad as it is the time has come for Hlubi Mboya-Arnold to step down from her duties at the World Food Programme organization.
Mboya- Arnold joined the WFP back in 2007, when she was playing Nandipha Sithole in Isidingo. Nandipha was HIV positive, and as a person taking medication, she needed to have the right meals. In 2022, the award winning actress, activist, philanthropy, and social entrepreneur received her Noble Laureate pin for over a decade of volunteer work with the United Nations World Food Programme.
In her farewell message, Mboya-Arnold shared that she has worked with incredible humans at the organizations. She is now taking a different direction, and we wish her the very best in that.
“After nearly 2 decades, Iβm stepping down from my work with @WFP. I believe in many things #WFP does. Iβve worked with incredible humans at. @WFP_SAfrica. The time has come for me to think, move and work differently. Thank you,” Hlubi penned her farewell message.
