Samkelo Ndlovu Bids Farewell to Her Adulting Season II Character Minky. This was her most diabolical role yet and she killed it. Samkelo Ndlovu played Minky in the much talked about second season of risqué series Adulting.
In an interview with Sowetan publication, Samkelo shared that she was attracted to, Minky because of her transparency.
“I said yes to the role mainly because I was drawn to Minky’s transparency. I am more drawn to people who are looking inward, and it gives me great pleasure knowing that I can portray that on a revolutionary show which aims to tell the everyday South African,” she said.
Bidding farewell to Minky, Samkelo says the character has a special place in her heart.
“I never really got to bid farewell to my girl Minky when the show ended❤️ She has an immensely special place in my heart; as well as to congratulate the ladies & gents of the show for a record breaking season. Till we Majita Monday again🔥🚀 #Adulting2 @showmaxonline.“
A few day ago, the talented actress and musician also bid farewell to her character Ayanda on Reyka Season II. Samkelo stated that playing the role help her grow so much, and some of the things she learned were shooting a gun as well as getting fit. She joined the talented cast of Reyka, in January this year, when the drama series was returning for second season.
“Tonight is the Reyka season 2 season finale🥺 I grew so much playing Ayanda, learning to shoot a gun and getting fit. I’m gonna miss her. Until we meet again lady detective. 8pm tonight on MNet on @dstv ❤️❤️❤️,” Samkelo said.
