Minister of Electricity Kgosientsho Ramokgopa and Wife Give Back to Primary School Pupils. Giving back to the less privileged is something that most of our personalities stand for. Be it bursaries, scholarships, electricity vouchers, food, it’s always heartwarming when those who have more think of those going through the most.

Our Minister of Electricity Kgosientsho Ramokgopa is among those public figures, who enjoys giving back. For 25 years, Dr Ramokgopa has been running the school uniform donation drive in Attridgeville. This is part of his birthday social responsibility. On Tuesday, together with his wife Georgia, they visited Seaparankwe Primary School in Attridgeville to donate school uniform.

“We started the initiative in 1999 after I graduated from University & received my first salary as an engineer trainee. Together with we initiated this school uniform donation initiative as a way to give dignity to black learners who now sit in the very classrooms we once sat in,” Dr Ramokgopa said.
