Watch! Coconut Kelz Tribute to Queen Elizabeth II Will Have You In Stitches. As soon as it was announced on Thursday that Queen Elizabeth II wasn’t in good health, social media went abuzz. A few hours after, the Royal family confirmed the Queen’s death, and as expected, the news broke the internet.

The Queen of the United Kingdom and 14 other Commonwealth realms died at the age of 96. Head of states from across the world immediately sent their heartfelt condolences to the royal family. Ordinary people also did their part to show that they are in solidarity with the royal family as they mourn the Queen. Some activities such as the Premier League, English Football League and Women’s Super League have postponed their upcoming matches as a mark respect for Queen Elizabeth II.

Not everyone shares the same sentiments though. To a lot of people, more so in Africa, they see nothing to mourn about. Case in point will be the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF), which slammed the monarch for failing to take responsibility for atrocities across its former colonies.

It ended its statement by saying that if there was life and justice after death, “may Elizabeth and her ancestors get what they deserve”.

Coconut Kelz, whose real name is Lesego Tlhabi also shared her views after the passing of the Queen, and it is so hilarious. The comedian, TV personality and actress shared a funny video where she took on those celebrating the Queen’s death. Using her adopted British accent she joked about how she just arrived from Balmoral, where the Queen died. Coconut Kelz proceeded to slam Black Twitter for all the funny memes, and shared just how much the Queen helped Africa in terms of civilization.
