Zola Makes A Return to House of Zwide. It’s about to get messy. One of the most villainous characters in House of Zwide, Zola, has just returned.
Zola came into the scene as a talented and fiercely creative, who also had a darker side to his personality. After getting in a romantic relationship with Zanele, Zola change from charming to a misogynistic, possessive, controlling, and manipulating man. He was also full of pride, and not afraid of anyone. Despite his flaws, Zola’s magnetism was undeniable, making him a complex and compelling character to watch.
As Zanele’s man, he was attentive, loving, and really easy on the eye. Out of nowhere, he started showing some red flags. Zola would snap, be possessive and doubt Zanele’s love for him among other things.
Things took a turn for the worst when coerced Zanele to change her style of dressing. He also made her quit her job, and distanced her from her family, Despite all the evident red flags, Zanele stayed. Even when her family and friends noticed she could be in a very abusive relationship, she still stayed. The last straw was when the abuse became physical, that is when Zanele decided, enough was enough. She upped and left.
Zola though, managed to convince her to come back for her things and say a proper goodbye. Zanele fell into the bait, and she found herself trapped win a house with a psycho. Zola was about to burn himself and Zanele when Faith Zwide stepped in, in time to save her daughter. This led to his arrest, and the character went off air.
Well, Zola is back, and Zanele’s world is about to shake. The role is played by, Katleho Sinivasan, who did a stellar job. We are confident that even this time around, the award winning TV personality, actor and model, will slay the character.
