Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of customer service at all times
• Process sales transactions including cash and card payments

• Support stock handling and movement from stockroom to sales floor
• Help set up and maintain merchandise displays
• Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping standards
• Monitor the sales floor for loss prevention and report suspicious activity
• Participate in training programmes to improve product knowledge
• Use sales techniques such as add-on selling to increase revenue
• Build familiarity with store performance tools such as Power BI
