Job Purpose:
The Sales & Account Management Internship offers an opportunity to learn about Amazon’s marketplace business and develop core skills essential for launching and supporting strategic brands. As an intern, you’ll work closely with account managers to identify strategies that grow brands and enhance performance. This 6-month internship involves working within a team to understand customer needs and drive impactful solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conducting sales pitches to key accounts
- Account management for partners launched on Amazon
- Understanding customer needs and potential value through advertising or merchant services
- Utilizing CRM tools and meeting/exceeding targets
- Learning Amazon culture and ways of working
- Identifying opportunities for product and service improvement
- Collaborating with different Amazon business segments for project delivery
Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
- Available for a 6-month full-time internship in 2024
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with an anticipated graduation date post-internship
- Fluent written and verbal communication in English (Level – C1 or higher)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Studies in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or similar fields
