2. After completing his high school education, Medupe pursued a National Diploma in Drama from the Tshwane University of Technology. He graduated in 2010, after 3 years of studying for the degree in 2007.
3. Furthermore, in 2018, he was trained by scriptwriter Tharine Soslanka for a year to learn scriptwriting.
4. JT is best known for playing the role of Jonathan Motene on Generations: The Legacy. His other roles include Siyabonga on Isidingo and Mdu Rockville. He also played Tebogo Mxotwa on Sokhulu and Partners
5. At the moment, JT plays Leeroy on Smoke and Mirrors. Leeroy is a gay guy, who runs a hair salon. He is lovable and entertaining among other things.
6. He has appeared in numerous theatre productions including The Secret Diary of Adrian Mole, The Maker of Dreams, Big Love, The Bald Prima Donna, Peter Pan, Festen, Peter Rabbit and Hansel & Gretel.
