Someone who knows this very well is DJ Tira, who has just fired one of his star employees. His production company Afrotainment has part ways with Senzo ‘Msenzisto’ Shezi with immediate effect. This is because, the gentleman is involved in some misuse of company resources. Shezi has been with the company for nine years.
“At Afrotainment, we prioritize transparency, integrity and respect in all our business practices. The behavior exhibited by this employee is not reflective of the values that we uphold. As a result, the decision has been made to part ways with him,” part of the statement reads.
Afrotainment further went on to assure their clients, partners and stakeholders of their commitment to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct. The company has also vowed to take all the necessary steps to rectify any issues that may have arisen due to Shezi’s conduct.
