Course Coordinator Wanted At Enterprises University of Pretoria. Enterprises University of Pretoria (Pty) Ltd is the commercial hub that manages and implements business activities of the University of Pretoria (UP). Wholly-owned by the University, the company manages and executes the commercial research and training activities of the University.

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Event administration.
  • Quality control.
  • Delegate administration.
  • Event operations.
  • Product and event marketing.
  • Converting potential delegates to paid delegates (sales and lead conversion).
  • Project management.

Minimum Requirements

Education and Qualifications:

  • National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent.
  • Relevant three-year tertiary qualification.
  • Valid drivers licence.
  • South African citizen.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Experience of preferably three years in organising of projects, events, marketing and sales of products/goods/services.
  • Exposure to a training environment.
  • Basic financial principles.
  • Advanced writing and verbal communication in English.
  • Advanced computer literacy.
  • Project management.

Behavioral Competencies:

  • Communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Service orientation.
  • Client relations and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Highly organised.
  • Good grooming and presentation.
  • Ability to perform under pressure.
