“My Only Mistake Was Being Real On A Reality Show,” Nelisa Msila. One thing about being part of a reality show, it can either make or break you. We have so many personalities with lucrative careers in the entertainment industry after reality shows. Then there are those whose lives took a left turn, due to the pressures of fame.
Big Brother Titans Season I, remains one reality show that will always be talked about. Even before it started, thinking of having South Africans and Nigerians as housemates was quite exciting. The show lived up to its hype as the participants brough all the much needed drama. There were romantic relationships, break ups, friendships, fights, arguments, alliances and last but not least, fashion was served. At the end of it all, the housemate who received the most hate from other participants, Khosi Twala won.
Since her win, Khosi has been dominating the industry. She bagged major ambassadorship gigs, has been a host at major shows, bags major awards herself, makes it in cool lists, and runs a very successful business. Other participants from the show like Yaya Mwanda, Yemi Cregx, Yvonne, Juicy Jay, Ipeleng, Marvin, Olivia, Tsatsi are also doing their own thing in the industry. They have tapped on the fame, to be big stars.
There is also Nelisa Msila, who had great potential. Her radio voice, had many believing she will take the broadcasting route as soon as possible. It seems like Nelisa has not found that break through yet, instead she always trend for all the wrong reasons. She has never hid the fact that, she doesn’t see eye to eye with Khosi. A few months back, she accused Khosi of hiring hit men to kill her father and sister.
Last evening, she again took to Twitter taking jabs at Khosi and Mmeli. Although some social media users plead with her to get help, Nelisa, still publicly goes off ramp. It was really disturbing, when she spoke about not enjoying sleeping with Mmeli. She considers all her outbursts as being real, and that she was also real while in the house.
