1. Kennedy Stab was born in Alberton, Gauteng, he is believed to be Zulu.

2. Stab graduated at Fuba Dramatic Arts College with a Diploma in Speech and Drama. He also did Film Script-writing at SWASWA, and has studied at the Trinity College of London.

3. The talented actor has appeared in stage productions including Black Jesus, Hilili Halala, We Shall Sing for the Father Land, Sweet Chocolate, Crisis of Hope, Another Jive Mzala, Abangani (Lean on Me), Can U Take It, The Bunkards and Lerato’s Dream.

4. He became a household name for his recurring role as Simelani on Isibaya.

5. In 2017 he started playing the recurring role of Fingers on the Mzansi Magic telenovela Isithembiso. He turned to the role for Season 2 the following year.

6. In 2018 Stab had a recurring role as Goliath, the nemesis of Lindiwe (Sindi Dlathu), in the 1Magic telenovela The River. His character was killed off towards the end of Season 1 in a storyline featuring a crossover with The Queen telenovela.
