Uncle Waffles Counts Her Blessings Which Include Being In the Running for Two Grammy Nominations. In just two years time, she managed to achieve what many can’t do in decades. This is probably because, the moment she blew up, Uncle Waffles really worked hard, even amidst harsh criticism.
The talented musician and radio personality rarely talks about her success though. Uncle Waffles just shares posts of gigs, ambassadorship gigs and partnerships. She also doesn’t pay attention to those constantly working hard to bring her down.
Today though is a special day for Uncle Waffles, as it marks two years since her big break. She has chosen to highlight some of her achievements, which include, having played over 100 international shows this year. Uncle Waffles also announced that she is in the running for two Grammy Award nominations. These are for Best Global Music Album and Best African Music Performance.
“It’s been an amazing year, I’ve played 100+ international shows this year alone and I’m soo grateful for everything that continues to happen in my life. Today marks the 2 year anniversary since my life changed and I’m in awe at what has happened since , and this part of my journey is even more exciting as I’m proud to Announce that I’m in the running for two Grammys nominations, I need my babysss to share this post for me🥹!!
