Inside the Eventful Sompire Kids Store Launch. Somizi is definitely moving mountains with this business venture. Sompire Kids started a little over a month ago, as an online kids brand. Now a physical store has just been launched, and the sky can only be the limit.
For Somizi, this is not jut an overnight dream. The media personality and entrepreneur has been working of the Sompire Kids Brand for a whole two years. He credits it to his late parents , Mama Mary Twala and Baba Ndaba Mhlongo. They were both in the entertainment industry, and did amazingly well for themselves. Somizi followed in their footsteps and has never disappointed. On top of everything else, he is a fashionista, who loves fashion with his whole heart. It was about time, he has his own fashion line. What better way to do that, by having cute kids as your niche!
Over the weekend, it was all joy for Somizi as he launched his first physical store at the Mall of Africa. It was a whole movie, with A-list celebrities, their kids, as well as the general public, coming in numbers to support Somizi. The likes of Pearl Thusi, DJ Zinhle, Andile Ncube, Sebabatsi Mothibi, Leeroy Sidambe and Ntando Duma, were among the crowd. Adorable kids rocking the brand got to walk the ramp, with the one and only Somizi. DJ Zinhle was on the decks, keeping the crowd entertained.
