Euphonik Calls Out Esona For Not Using the Tittle ‘Dad’ On Black Coffee
Euphonik Calls Out Esona For Not Using the Tittle Dad On Black Coffee. Esona and his dad Black Coffee have one of the coolest relationships ever. The two are both DJs, and they travel the world together playing at some of the biggest events and venues.
Although, they could pass for brothers, or twins because of their striking resemblance, they are actually father and son. Esona is always by his Grammy Award winning father’s side, and he is his biggest fan. Seeing the success of his dad has also prompted him to get into music. Esona is making waves, working hard to show that he is not in the industry by chance but because of talent.
Over the weekend Black Coffee achieved one of his biggest dreams. The multi-award winning DJ got the chance to headline the Madison Square Garden in New York, USA. He became the first South African to achieve this. For this gig Black Coffee was supported by another great local act Major League DJz. There were also special appearances from the likes of Bucie, Msaki, Monique Bringham, Shoba, Soul Star, WhoMadeWho and a 12 Piece Orchestra, all of who have played a special part in his musical journey.
Fans and South Africa at large also showed massive support for Coffee for the achievement. Esona is among the multitudes, and is very proud of him. He shared pictures of his dad, rocking the most expensive designer clothes and shoes, at the venue. On the caption Esona said, “DJ Black Coffee, Madison Square Garden.”
As much as this is a sweet compliment, some people in the comments section said Esona has to use an appropriate title when talking about his father. Joining in Euphonik shared that the proper word to use is Dad. It was a light moment kind of thing though.
“That’s Dad to you! Put some respek on that name,” Euphonik said to Esona..
