Dali Mpofu Comes Through for Ntsiki Mazwai

Dali Mpofu Comes Through for Ntsiki Mazwai. Rome was not built in a day, but eventually it was finished. This is the case with Ntsiki Mazwai’s podcast. Its started off from the very bottom, and now things are starting to look up.

In February this year, Ntsiki launched her own podcast, MOYA. On the African Spirituality podcast, she has conversations with traditional African healers and political leaders. These kind of projects need funds to reach the level they are intended to. In June Ntsiki took it upon herself to launch crowdfunding campaign for her podcast. She revealed that there is no money in the account, and asked fans of the podcast to help. The money was going to be used among other things salaries, equipment, transportation and catering for guests.

One of her upcoming guests Advocate Dali Mpofu has come through for Ntsiki in a major way. He has sponsored the podcast with a phone, and the assistance will go a long way. She took to Twitter to appreciate Dali’s noble gesture.

“Guys!!!!!!!!!! DALI MPOFU JUST SPONSORED US WITH A PHONE FOR THE PODCAST!!!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH @AdvDali_Mpofu. OMG I’M SO HAPPY,” Ntsiki said in appreciation.

Moja is not Ntsiki’s first stint in the world of podcasts. In July 2022, the TV personality, musician and poet announced that she was venturing into podcasting. Ntsiki launched a podcast, that was described as the only safe space for the open-minded, free-thinkers. It was called Unpopular Opinion with Ntsiki.

Sadly she was booted out of the podcast, which she claimed was hers. Before her exit, Ntsiki had interviewed the likes of multi-award winning musician Thandiswa Mazwai, former South African Navy admiral and politician, Dr Khanyisile Litchfield Tshabalala, CEO of the Zindzi Mandela Foundation and Kemet historian Mkhulu Nsingiza among others.
