1. Six (Mpume) Nyamane is a 25-year-old hailing from Newcastle in KwaZulu-Natal.
2. She got the name Six from her days of playing provincial hockey. The upcoming actress played position six, and with the team being so big, the coaches didn’t have time to learn their names, so they referred them to the numbers on the pitch.
3. Hockey is the sport in grade 4 up to high school. Six stopped playing after moving to Johannesburg because she couldn’t find a team and besides, the time.

She then chose to secretly shoot the film behind her family’s back but somehow the school called her as she bunked school.

8. Six is now a cast member on SABC 1’s popular soapie, Generations: The Legacy. She plays the role of Nozipho Cele, daughter of leading man Nkosiyabo Cele, and an intrepid journalist who will expose important stories no matter the danger.
