This permanent role offers entry-level candidates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in warehousing, inventory management, and logistics within a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking, packing, and checking stock to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Processing and picking spare parts for workshop repairs.
• Maintaining partial pick spares, assigning spares to bins, and allocating them to relevant job cards.
• Assisting the admin supervisor with warehouse stockholding reports and physical stock checks.
• Issuing spares to technicians when parts are fully available.
• Performing general housekeeping in the workshop.
• Cleaning and wrapping outgoing repairs thoroughly.
• Assisting in completing quality control procedures in the workshop.
• Occasionally supporting deliveries and collections or running errands.
• Photographing incoming and outgoing repairs for records.

Requirements and Skills

• Grade 12/Matric or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience is highly beneficial.
• Forklift certification is advantageous.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Good command of English, with strong communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and excellent mathematical and literacy skills.
• Effective time management and reliability.
