South Africa Mourns the Passing of Idols SA Season 12 Contestant Terra Cox. Yet again, South Africa loses a very talented individual. Terra Cox, also known as Tersius Eathon Kocks, has passed away.
Terra Cox first captured the hearts of many when he appeared as a contestant on the popular South African reality singing competition, Idols SA. His powerful vocals, charismatic stage presence, and undeniable charm set him apart from the competition, making him a standout contender in the show’s season that he participated in. The talented musician placed among the top 4 contestants in the Idols SA Season 12 competition.
Tragically, Terra Cox’s promising journey was cut short all too soon. According to some reports he was found dead at his home. Nothing more has been shared regarding what caused his untimely passing.
His unexpected death has sent shock-waves throughout the entertainment industry and beyond. He is the second star from Season 12 to pass away. 1st runner up of the same season, Thami Shobede passed away in 2019 after a short illness. The talented musician collapsed while performing on stage and was subsequently admitted at Kalafong Hospital in Pretoria. Thami’s organs failed and he sadly slipped into a coma, leading to his passing.
