Pebetsi Matlaila Takes Charge and Embarks On A Weight Loss Journey. Summer is almost here, and it’s time to fetch that body. One individual who is working on some dope body goals is Pebetsi Matlaila, and we are here for her journey.

Most women gain a bit of weight after pregnancy, giving birth and nursing a baby. Some are lucky to snap back to their original bodies a short while after having babies. For others though, it is just a battle. They retain the baby fat to times indefinite. Pebetsi does not want to be like the latter, hence why she is now working out.

The talented actress and radio personality has two daughters, and after her second one she gained. Pebetsi also went through a lot, including divorce and some other personal issues. Normally people going through something just let themselves go, unaware. Using anti-depressants also contributed to her weight gain. But hey, its never too late to work on yourself, and Pebetsi is prove of that.

Since she can’t afford the gym or a personal trainer yet, she is working out at home, using the equipment she has. After that Pebetsi jogs, to shed more weight. We can’t wait to see the results so we draw inspiration from her.

“In my journey on Re-learning how to love myself, Truly love myself, I worked on my mind, but totally neglected my body. And if I must be honest, using Q as an excuses was no longer working. So yes I did let me self Go and also the Anti-depressants where also a huge contribution to the weight gain. I woke up one day and said That ONE DAY is Today. I have way too many beautiful clothes and the thought of letting them go because they no longer fit was terrifying. Can’t afford a gym membership or a personal trainer yet, So we workout at home. We jog after this, But there is No one to record me jogging,” Pebetsi said.
