MacG Takes A Moment to Thank the Chillers. Talk about starting from the bottom to reaching greatness! When MacG launched Podcast and Chill in early 2018, podcasts were not popular then, and it didn’t look like anything major will come of it. Five years later, this is one of the biggest podcasts in Africa, and it is even recognized globally.

Podcast and Chill with MacG recently reached its ultimate goal of a million views. MacG and his team have been encouraging Chillers to subscribe and grow the channel. That long term dream has finally come true, with one million subscribers in the bag. To mark the milestone, the podcast hosted their Road to 1-Million event at Sun Bet Arena in Pretoria on Sunday night.

Chillers from across the country came in numbers to support their favorite podcast. It was a night to remember with performances from artists like Makhadzi. Renowned comedians also took to the stage, leaving the audience in stitches. What was even more special was MacG proposing to his partner and baby mama Naledi Monamodi in front of thousands of witnesses.

Now that the festivities are over, MacG has finally got the chance to attend to his social media. The broadcaster can’t help but gush over the Sunday event. He proceeded to thank everyone who made the Road to 1-Million event a success. From the organizers, sponsors, the team, and most importantly, his fans, the Chillers.
