The multi-talented actor stars in One Piece Season 2 , which premieres today (March 10, 2026), on Netflix. The series promises “fiercer adversaries and the most perilous quests yet,” according to the official synopsis. “Luffy and the Straw Hats set sail for the extraordinary Grand Line, a legendary stretch of sea where danger and wonder await at every turn. As they journey through this unpredictable realm in search of the world’s greatest treasure, they’ll encounter bizarre islands and a host of formidable new enemies.”
Yonda recently attended One Piece premiere and was gracious enough to share some content. He posted a picture of himself at the event and gave it a heartwarming caption. Yonda describes being in the series as the best experience of his entire career.

This was by far the best experience of my entire 15-year career. I am sooooooo excited for you all to go on this ADVENTURE with me. What a DREAM COME TRUE,” Yonda said.
Yonda is now venturing into his next chapter of storytelling with a production company called New Vessels Productions. He founded the company with his wife Dr Taz Emeran-Thomas, actor and singer Sidwell Diamond Ralitsoele as well as his wife Nkemiseng Diamond Ralitsoele. The quartet aims at creating authentic stories that spark meaningful conversations beyond the lens. With the new venture, the team has started writing , producing and shooting their own films.
