Hulisani’s career began in the late 90s and her rise to fame was cemented on the popular kids programme, YoTV. The media personality and entrepreneur successfully made the transition from kids television to mainstream media. Throughout her career, which has spanned over two decades, Hulisani has hosted a number of shows on radio and TV.
Since 2019 to date, Hulisani has been the esteemed host of the 94.7 Breakfast Show. She has also previously hosted Saturday Flex on Capricorn FM.
Adored by her fans for always embracing her TshiVenḓa heritage, her relatability, her vibrant and positive outlook on life, Hulisani has captured the hearts of millions. The secret to her longevity has been her innate ability to remain grounded and authentic.
Hulisani has just shared that after over two decades working in the industry, she is taking a sabbatical. She shared on a press release that the break is nit just a pause, but an opportunity for her to delve into new experiences and discover what the future holds.

After a remarkable journey spanning 26 years, I am embarking on a well-deserved sabbatical from the airwaves and television screens,” Hulisani said.
She will broadcast her final Weekend Breakfast show @947joburg on Saturday, 30 September.
