Applications Open for the OUTsurance Internship Programme 2023 / 2024
OUTsurance invites suitably qualified and unemployed youth to apply for our 2023 / 2024 Internship Opportunities. The Internships will run for a period not exceeding 12 months.
The Internship Programme is a structured work-based program, affording unemployed graduates work experience in our company. This program gives graduates workplace experience or an opportunity to practice the work skills that they have studied and will practice in order to assist them in the future in their chosen occupations.
The successful applicants will enter into a fixed term Internship agreement with the company and receive a stipend.

Degree or Diploma in:
- Human Resource Development
- Human Resources
- Industrial Psychology
- Labour Relations
- BCom law/ LLB
Payroll Internship
- BA in Business administration
- or BCom in Human Resources
- or BCom in Accounting
- or similar relevant field
Marketing Coordinator Internship
- Diploma or Degree in: Marketing
Finance Operations Internship
- Finance related Diploma/Degree
eLearning Content Developer & Administrator Support Internship
- Matric
- BIS Multimedia / BA Graphic Design or similar
Payroll Analytics Internship
- BSc IT or other quantitative degree
Traditional Media (Above The Line) Internship
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in: Marketing
Marketing Content Creator Internship
- Diploma or Higher in: Video content creation or a similar creative field.
Compliance Officer Internship
- Degree in Legal or Auditing
Design Internship
- Diploma or Higher in: Communication design or a similar creative field.
- Experience with: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
Marketing Client Calling Internship
