Position Overview

The Sales Associate will serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring customers receive personalized, high-quality service. The role requires actively driving sales, maintaining store readiness, and creating an engaging shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the Sneaker Factory brand and provide exceptional customer experiences
• Identify customer needs and offer the best solutions to exceed expectations
• Track sales performance against targets and contribute to achieving store goals
• Sell a diverse product range while keeping updated with the latest fashion trends
• Seek new sales opportunities and actively engage with potential customers
• Assist with stock replenishment to maintain a ready and organized store

Qualifications and Experience

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Previous retail or sales experience is advantageous but not essential
