Social Media Weighs In On Ntando Duma’s Acting Skills. As the storyline on Shaka iLembe grows, more and more actors are being introduced. The latest episode, which is episode 6, saw the arrival of Duma Ntando and Sivenathi Mabuya.
The episode marked trouble in paradise for King Senzangakhona kaJama and Queen Nandi kaMbengi. Their love got compromised by the arrival of Bhibhi, who has seemingly poisoned the mind of King Senzangakhona. Nandi endured many challenges, including being ostracized and mistreated by Senzangakhona’s other wives and members of the royal family.
Bhibhi has made it her aim to stir up division among King Senzangakhona’s wives. Her actions sadly forced Queen Nandi kaMbengi and young Prince Shaka to leave the Zulu Isigodlo. The role of BhiBhi is played by TV personality, actress and entrepreneur. Ntando Duma.
Speaking of the opportunity, Ntando said, “I am so grateful for the opportunity to play the role of Bhibhi on Shaka iLembe. I had so many challenges auditioning for this character. I think I auditioned more than once before getting this role…..For me, Bhibhi will be that character people love to hate, she will mark her area at all costs.”
As expected, viewers also added their take on the Bhibi character as well as the actress behind her. So far many are happy about Ntando playing the role. They feel she is perfect for the role, and has brought the much needed drama.
Others on the other hand are not convinced of her acting skills. They still judge her from her days on The Queen Mzansi, where she played the role of Mpho Sebata. Viewers were forever complaining about her, saying she can’t act.
