Natasha Joubert Wins Crown Chasers Episode 2. In 2022, Miss South Africa organizers introduced Crown Chasers on the official Miss South Africa app. This is a behind-the-scenes look at the build-up to the pageant finale. Taking things a notch up, season 2 has now included a ground-breaking 5-part reality TV series.
Crown Chasers has been developed into a full-blown and thrilling reality competition. Contestants will be placed in real life Miss South Africa scenarios that include a series of challenges. These will be based on the four pillars of Miss South Africa, being duty, championship, empowerment and beauty.
The Judging panel consist of two judges, who are media personality and entrepreneur Bonang Matheba and actress, presenter and entrepreneur Leandie du Randt. Former Miss SA, Dr Tamaryn Green-Nxumalo is a guest judge on the show. Former Miss Universe and media personalty, Zozibini Tunzi is the host Crown Chasers season II.
Episode I, saw Lebohang Raputsoe become the first Miss South Africa finalist to be voted out of Crown Chasers. The beauty queen from Shapevillle is an HR professional with a Master’s degree in Human Resources management. She also has degrees in Industrial Psychology and Labour Relations Management.
The second episode of Crown Chasers was broadcast on Sunday, July 16, at 16:00 on SABC3. This episode saw Natasha Joubert impress the judges to become the winner. This is not the first time Natasha entered the Miss SA beaut pageant. She was crowned as the second runner-up in Miss South Africa 2020. She was later designated as Miss Universe South Africa 2020 and represented South Africa at the Miss Universe 2020 pageant.
