Sello Maake kaNcube and Dr John Kani Have Us All Nostalgic After Sharing These Cool Throwbacks. The have been in the acting industry for decades, and are still relevant to date. Dr John Kani and Sello Maake kaNcube still bag lead roles, in an industry that is tough, more so for the aged. They have also worked in countries like the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Europe, among other regions.

Although he has been on man theatre productions and films, many people recognize Maake kaNcube from TV dramas. The award winning actor is best known for his leading roles in the long running soap opera Generations as Archie Moroka and on the ETV soap opera Scandal! as a villainous character called Lucas “Daniel” Nyathi. Although he left Generations years back, and has had a number of roles after, many still refer to the man as Archie. The cool thing is that Maake ka Ncube always plays along.

Over the weekend he sent us back into time with some cool throwbacks.

His colleague and good friend Dr Kani also joined in with throwback pictures of himself. The actor, author, director and playwright has also been on so man productions. He is however known for portraying T’Chaka in the Marvel Cinematic Universe films Captain America: Civil War (2016) and Black Panther (2018), Rafiki in the 2019 remake of The Lion King and Colonel Ulenga in the Netflix film Murder Mystery (2019).

We love how they both took us back into time with their cool throwbacks.
