he 2023 Met Gala theme will be ‘Karl Lagerfeld: A Line of Beauty’ to honor Karl Lagerfeld, who was a regular attendee at The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. Most A-list attendees chose to pay homage to his work with their own ensembles. Everyone looked forward to seeing what Rihanna, ASAP Rocky, Cardi B, the Kardashians, Keke Palmer, and many more, who did not disappoint one bit.
Representing us at the Met Gala, was of course our best export Trevor Noah. The multi-award winning comedian and TV personality never disappoints in the red carpet. Instead of going for a Karl Lagerfeld inspired outfit, Trevor wore a custom made Thom Browne ensemble. He rocked a tonal grosgrain tipped sport coat in black velvet with embroidered bullion and bugle bead camellias. Trevor paired it with trousers in wool mohair, and spotted some straight back cornrows.
