Musa Mthombeni Shares What All His Friends Have Been Up to Since the Death of Akhumzi Jezile 5 Years Ago. One thing about Akhumzi Jezile’s friends, the will always do the most to keep his memory alive. From his death anniversary to his birthday, this group of friends make sure the remember their late friend.
Today marks five years since Akhumzi’s untimely passing. The media personality, producer and SAFTA award winning actor lost his life in a car accident back on the 28th of 2018. Just like all these other years, his friends have taken the initiative to honor and celebrate him. Among those who wrote beautiful memories about Akhumzi, include media personality Ma Blerh as well as radio his best friend Dr Musa Mthombeni.
On his tribute, Musa broke down how their close friends have been doing since Akhumzi passed on, in a hilarious way of course. The TV personality and medical doctor, also mentioned that they have been crying since that fateful day when Akhumzi lost his life.
“We cried, a lot. We still do,” Musa said before listing the achievements of their friendship circle.
“@bongapercy became a big-shot producer something something. I still don’t understand what he does but he collects a salary for his children, I guess.
@clementmaosa still thinks he is the best thing since bohobe Le bo mma. Everytime we see him we ask for him to remove the sun glasses. He has a son now, crazy right!
@lunga_shabalala and @siphesihlevazi are no longer duku duku boys but they still gym like 6 packs are going to get us into heaven.
Speaking of 6 packs, @mablerh is now a registered dietician who actually has a 6 pack last I checked. You would be seething if you saw him.
@nolwazingubeni is still a sketchy character. You’d think as a mother of 6, she would have developed “abomama bomthandazo” energy but she hasn’t. She says things like “dope” and “fam” now. Safa Nkosi yam.
@sive_n is exactly how you left her. Still emotional. Still loving. Still highly responsible.

Lastly, @andilencube. Your boy is a Netflix superstar! Yes you read right. icelebrity yase Tanzania. Every episode I watched, he developed a stronger and stronger accent. He currently sounds like what I imagine a baby tiger sounds like (yes, make the sound right now). He, publicly on television, embroiled himself in a romantic love triangle/square/hexagon and is also a new father to at least 6 new children. (You can stop counting Akhumzi)
