Tweeps Weigh In On Slee Ndlovu’s Mothering Skills
Tweeps Weigh In On Slee Ndlovu’s Mothering Skills. She just joined Real Housewives of Durban this season, but Slindile Wendy Ndlovu is becoming a force on the show. Known by many as Slee, the reality show star and businesswoman always trends after every episode drops.
Slee has two daughters, Bayanda (16) and Enhle (11), who she loves to bits. But there is something that she did as a mother, which has left many people judging her character. For six years, Slee left the girls with their biological father, when she pursued a relationship with her now ex-boyfriend Amazulu boss Sandile Zungu. In the latest episode, she sat down with her two daughters to chat about how they felt when she had been absent in their lives.
Choosing to be the bigger person, Slee admitted that she had missed out on very important milestones in her daughters lives. She apologized to her daughters for not being there and asked to start rebuilding their relationship. The girls were also given the chance to express how they felt and, they revealed that it was difficult for them. Enhle revealed she was made fun of by other kids at school for not having her mom around.
Well this has sparked a debate on social media with some applauding Slee for owning up to her mistakes and fixing her relationship with her daughters. On the other hand though, a lot of people came hard on her, more so since she has been regarded as one of the most level headed ladies on Real Housewives of Durban.
Most of her critics are nit happy with this revelation from Slee. They refer to the previous episode when she was giving Nonku advice on how to manage the relationship between her new man and her kids.
