Towards the end of 2022, the talented actress and DJ bagged a role in Showmax sitcom, Expiry Date. She plays the role of Phiweyo, a beautiful lady who helps ends the heart of Musa (Mbulelo Katise), who was dumped on the day of his lobola ceremony. The two show off exceptional chemistry leaves viewers asking for more.
A couple of months later, Mapule is back with another lead role. She is part of the cast members of a film which is currently streaming in Prime Video, My Girlfriend’s Father. Other cast members include Pasi Koetle, Sello Ramolahloane, Monnye Kunupi and Linda Nxumalo. Mapula did not reveal much about her character or the storyline, but one thing for sure, it looks quite interesting.
