Lady Du Takes A Moment to Inspire Young Blacks As She Launches Her Own Beauty Parlour. We love it when our entertainers invest their money in lucrative businesses. On such is Lady Du, who is not only about the music.
She is one of the artists making so much money at the current moment. But instead of splashing it on extravagant things like designer clothes, international vacations, flashy cars and so forth, Lady Du is all about investing.
The multi-award winning Lady Du always shares how her journey in life has been. Just like most people, she has had it rough and this taught her a valuable life lesson. She only use what she has, and saves for a much better future.
“I’ve had a tough journey in music and life, I always think of the worst when it comes to my music so I decided to not put myself under pressure by trying to look like I have money, I literally decided to use what I have, save all my money and buy something I know will be a legacy,” she said.
As a fully qualified beautician, Lady Du has decided to open her own beauty salon called, WAWA LA BEAUTY. Through this business, which is situated in the township, she has employed 15 people, something that she has always wanted to do.
“Dear black child! Life as an entertainer is not guaranteed, use your money to build a legacy for kids. Thank you to all of you that streamed my music! I am a fully qualified beautician, I now own a beauty salon in the hood from saving money, 15 employees,” Lady Du said proudly.
