Maps Maponyane Expresses Gratitude After His Mother Survives A Bad Car Accident. In certain situations, you just have to be grateful for the gift of life. This is the case with Maps Maponyane’s mother, whose car is almost unrecognizable as a result of a near fatal accident.
The celebrated TV personality, model and entrepreneur is quite close to his mother, Sylvia Maponyane. Most of the time when something worth celebrating happens in his life, Maps shares the epic moment with his dear mom. Case in point will be when he launched his Buns Out burger franchise back in 2019, Maps couldn’t announce until his mom checked out the joint. Maps gave his mother a special shout out, showing that she has a special place in his heart.
In 2019 Maps took to social media to celebrate his mother bagging her 4th qualification. He also always celebrates his Queen on special occasions like birthdays and Mothers’ Day, among others. The two have such a special bond, something we really love for both of them.
Recently Mama Sylvia was involved in a hectic accident on the N3 Highway. Sharing the sad story, Maps tweeted that she was cut off by another vehicle, causing her car to spin and smash into the barriers. Luckily, she did not hit any vehicle close by, and most importantly no lives were lost. The relieved and happy Maps expressed gratitude for his mother’s life.
“I’m SO grateful for my mother’s life after being cut off by another car on the N3 highway, spinning and smashing into the barriers, and thankfully missing every other vehicle around her. A moment later and things could have been a whole lot worse… Please be safe out there,” Maps said in gratitude.
