SK Khoza Expresses Gratitude As He Looks Back at His Wins and Challenges

SK Khoza Expresses Gratitude As He Looks Back at His Wins and Challenges. Life as they say, is a roller coaster. Sometimes the ride is smooth and other moments, there are bumps along the way. One person who knows that very well is Sthembiso SK Khoza.
The award winning actor and TV personality trended so many times last year, for negative things. In April, there was a trending video of SK shot at Zebula lodge in Mpumalanga. In it, he can be heard sarcastically asking an unknown white man if he knows who he is. On top of that, his ex-fiancee Ayanda Hlongwane accused him of abuse and opened a case against him.

As if that wasn’t enough, there was a trending video in July showing SK giving oral sex to a woman whose face is not identified. In a post on Instagram, SK wrote, “Why can’t I just be left alone in peace?” He was then the subject of imitated videos on TikTok.

Although the year was a lot for SK, he has had some great highlights as well. He got a role on the popular and steamy e.tv drama, The Black Door. SK also ventured into music, collaborating with LulamaK for the release of a song titled Hubbly and Alcohol. He recently bagged a Best Male Actor in Africa award, something that he is truly grateful for.

I am extremely honored to have received all of these awards. I am earnestly grateful for the recognition I have received for my work, because I am very sure that every other nominee for these awards was as capable if not more, of winning these awards,” SK said.

He also acknowledged that is has been a tough time for him. Nonetheless, SK is grateful to those who have helped him, including fans and family.

I have faced several challenges on my way here, but each one of them has only strengthened me to make me the person I am today; a thorough professional who knows exactly what he wants. I’m someone who sets his eyes on a goal and does not lose sight of it, unless it is achieved. Winning these awards would not have been possible without the inspiration I have received from my seniors and my colleagues, for whom I have the deepest respect, and from whom I have derived the strength to challenge myself and perform better at each role I portray.

I sincerely thank each and every single one of you for loving, voting and supporting me to reach a point in my career where I can proudly hold up these awards as a mark of my achievements. I also promise to only get better at my work so that you can witness me WIN more awards. Ngyabonga 🙏🏿👏🏾🙌

To my parents and entire family, you truly are my pillar where I receive and am blessed with so much joy, happiness, love, kindness and care,” he added.
