Motsoaledi Setumo Makes a Return to Acting With a New Role. After being quite for sometime, fans will be happy to note that Motsoaledi Setumo is back with a bang. The talented actress and radio personality has joined The Wife telenovela for their much anticipated 3rd season.
Season 3 of The Wife, which will premier this coming Thursday is based on the third novel called Naledi His Love. This season will focus more on Qhawe Zulu and Naledi Montsho’s love. With Naledi missing and the Zulu brothers facing the heat, this will be the most explosive season yet. Qhawe is played by Kwenzo Ngcobo who has been with the show from the first season, whereas Dr Naledi is played by Gaisang K Noge, who has just joined The Wife this season.
There are other talented actors who will be making their debut on The Wife on season III. Among those is the phenomenal Motsoaledi. She is joining the formidable cast to play the role of Naledi’s sister Tshidi. We cannot wait to see how Tshidi fit in in this world of taxi business and family matters. We last saw the actress on The Queen where she played Mabatho Khoza.
Other new cast members joining The Wife include Sello Motloung, who has been cast as Naledi’s father Kgosi, while musician Seate will play Sefako, Qhawe’s rival for Naledi. The talented Mathews Rantsoma, who currently plays Nhlamulo in e.tv’s Scandal! will play the character of Tsietsi. Ncebakazi Pilingane, has been cast to play Sambulo’s love interest Xoli, and actor Terrence Ngwila, will play Detective Baloyi.
