Zozibini Tunzi Gushes Over Her Cool Honorary Award. Nothing is as beautiful as receiving any type of award. Having noted that though, receiving an honorary award is such an exciting experience. These type of awards are conferred upon individuals in recognition of their outstanding achievement in their field.
Over the weekend Zozibini Tunzi was bestowed with that honor. The Miss Universe 2019, model and actress received an honorary award from SA Traditional Music Achievements Awards founder, Mr Dumisani Goba. Since 2005 the SATMA awards have been celebrating, honoring and promoting traditional acts.
Although she has received major beauty queen tittles in her life, Zozibini is thankful for this award mainly because it promotes heritage. She is one personality who is proud to be Xhosa, and more over is a proud South African. Zozi has even walked the ramp as well as red carpets with her traditional clothes.
“Heritage is a beautiful crafting of selflessness, pride, love and belonging. A love letter from our ancestors so that we may always find home. Thank you @satmaawards for always reminding us to drink from those waters. And a very big thank you for honouring me for my life and my little contributions to culture and the world. I do not take it for granted🤍,” Zozibini said in gratitude.
