ICYMI! The Way Ngingakhona Back for Season III. The last season ended on a high note, with drama, emotions and so much introspection. The Way Ngingakhona is now back for it’s 3rd season, and we cannot wait to see what the show has in store for us this time around.
The first season of show starred gay man , Inno Matijane, transgender Tholang Motsumi and a bisexual man MJ Maponya. For two seasons, the three friends took viewers through their life journey, colorful love lives and revealing moments of pride and struggles faced by the LGBTQI+ community. For their 2nd season, The Way Ngingakhona, introduced another transgender Elle, who came through with more drama.
Season III is here, and fans will be happy to note that media personality and musician Inno, who announced he was leaving at the end of season II, is back. Tholang and Elle are also back with a bang. As for MJ though, it doesn’t look like he will be featured on this particular season as he is missing on the trailer. Apparently the reality show star and fitness trainer left the show because he was unhappy with Moja Love, and feels exploited.
All is not lost though as another member Ayanda Nino Maphosa, has been added to the crew. Ayanda is a transgender consultant, sex educator, a photographer, filmmaker and a professional boxer among other things. Just like other cast members, Ayanda also has difficulties with some people not accepting his sexual orientation.
