Fidelity Services Group is offering an exciting internship opportunity for young South Africans eager to gain practical work experience in the security and investigations industry. This programme is designed to provide 24 months of structured workplace exposure, allowing participants to develop valuable skills while contributing to a professional environment. The internship is aimed at unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 35, giving them a platform to build their careers and enhance employability.

Location and Duration

The internship positions are available across Gauteng, including Roodepoort, Florida, Helderkruin, Midrand, and surrounding areas. Selected candidates will engage in on-the-job training and practical assignments tailored to their placement within the company.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities will be assigned based on placement and may include tasks that support operational and administrative functions within Fidelity Services Group. Interns will gain hands-on experience in a professional setting while learning company processes, enhancing their skill sets, and improving workplace readiness.

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered for this internship:

• South African citizen
• Matric certificate
• Strong command of English
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and professionally
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to follow instructions and work under pressure
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic
