It goes without saying that the controversial show makes for good TV content and the viewership ratings are up high. Having noted that though, not so many people are crazy about Uyajola 9/9. They feel the show to a very large degree damages reputations of all the parties involved. It also promotes violence, since there are fights and a lot of swearing during confrontations.

In some cases, the individual who are cheated with don’t have anything to do with the situation, they are just caught in the crossfire. They just find out during the confrontation that the person that they are with is in a serious relationship. Case in point is what happened on the latest episode, where a lady caught her lover with another woman on a mini baecation.

Sadly, the lady did not really care that the woman she found her partner with had no idea he was in a relationship. She abused her both verbally and physically something that did not sit well with a lot of viewers. Another thing that so many people, including media personality Andile Ncube are not happy about is the fact that, innocent people are held against their will by the bodyguards.

“One day a smart lawyer will watch this show and reach out to the many unwilling participant who get restrained , held and forced to stay put against they will by bodyguards. I’d be a fly on the wall to hear what the law would say,” Andile said.
